Hello! Paul here, and I run the Professional Services organization for L2. Today we started to see the responses to our latest marketing campaign. I was again impressed by how powerful our software can be for our customers. The marketing folks decided that when a prospect from our web to print direct mail campaign visited the PURL (Personal URL) follow-up web page and selected something, that our sales team should get an immediate email.
So basically, in a couple of minutes, with no interruption in availability of the PURL web pages, the professional services team added that function and started sending email alerts to sales about anyone who wanted to be contacted. Talk about instant gratification! This is the first day that the direct mail piece is being delivered, and we already have 16 responses…
